Geoff Andrew – Managing Director

After completing an Honours degree in Construction Management and
Architectural Design Geoff started his career in large scale
construction projects in Botswana. After gaining significant
experience in main stream construction his passion for design led him
to head up the design and implementation team of one of
Johannesburg’s most well respected interior design companies. He
returned to the UK in 2001 and worked for one of the UK’s
largest design and fit-out companies ultimately heading up half of the
companies operational side. In 2006 Geoff decided to join Margolis
Office Environments as Managing Director to assist in further
developing the core business of this well established company.

As a previous board member of the Margolis Group, Warren was instrumental in developing the strategy and building the business to a point where a successful MBO was completed in June 2006. Having spent nearly twenty years in the design and build and office furniture industries, Warren is now using his wealth of knowledge and experience working with a broad range of clients across a diverse range of industries, to focus his energy, together with Geoff, on driving the core business of Margolis Office Environments forward.
Dean Margolis – Consultant and Business Mentor

Dean Margolis was the founder and chairman of the Margolis Group of Companies that he grew from the foundation of the long standing Margolis family business. Dean has over 40 years of experience in managing and growing businesses. He was responsible for the rise of the group of companies and in 2006 implemented and negotiated the successful MBO of the group. Dean now focuses all of his business experience in advising and assisting the Directors of Margolis Office Environments.
